Madeleine Blanche and Zoe Grant are DBD Lifestyles dynamic duo. An Interior design firm based on the idea of whimsical luxury, that color and pattern should coexist with beautiful, timeless homes. We work closely with our clients to design thoughtful, fun homes and short term rental spaces.
Our story began at a summer camp in Spain in 2015 where we met and have been friends ever since, with a mutual love of designing spaces has come naturally to us. We began professionally in 2022, when Zoe and her husband built their home and Madeleine quickly stepped in with creative input. That home won the 2023 Maine Homes Design award for best New Build. We decided to have a go at designing for others and we haven't looked back. We are passionate about including local art, thrifted and antique finds and creating unique spaces.
We partner with homeowners to design spaces inspired by their unique style, blending creativity, fun, and function. Thrifted and vintage finds, along with personal touches, make every home we create feel authentically yours.
